PIRLO is pleased to announce the launch of a strategic quality improvement project with Al-Zahrani Power Plant, one of the major facilities under the umbrella of Electricité du Liban (EDL). The aim of this collaboration is to guide the plant toward achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification, the internationally recognized standard for Quality Management Systems.

Through this partnership, PIRLO will support Al-Zahrani in establishing a comprehensive quality framework, documenting and optimizing operational processes, building internal capacities, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. The project will include gap assessments, tailored training programs, policy and procedure development, and internal audit readiness.

This initiative underscores the commitment of Al-Zahrani Power Plant to enhance service reliability, operational excellence, and organizational resilience — aligning with both national priorities and global quality standards.
