In a recent collaborative meeting between the Quality Management Department at Mujtabah Hospital and PIRLO, both teams came together to discuss key strategies for improving operational efficiency. The focus of the meeting was on process mapping, with the aim of identifying and analyzing current workflows. The teams also discussed how best to collect the necessary data, which will guide the next steps in refining processes and enhancing overall performance.
